Incentive programs

You may qualify for business incentive programs from the Town of Ladysmith. Tax exemptions and reduced fees are available. Defined areas downtown, and commercial and industrial buildings in a specific revitalization area, may be eligible.
 
Your business may benefit from a:

  • Development cost charge waiver

  • Revitalization tax exemption

  • Economic revitalization tax exemption

You may also qualify for B.C. government incentives and tax credits. These programs target particular activities such as equity investment, training and scientific research. Particular industries are also eligible, from ship building and repair to natural resources.
